Help us keep our resources free!

2nd December 2024

This Giving Tuesday, we’re raising money to keep our neuroscience training resources open and free to the global neuroscience community.

The INCF TrainingStuite is a collection of educational open access platforms where we provide free training in data management, neuroinformatics, implementation of standards and best practices to researchers all over the world.

The INCF Training Suite currently consists of TrainingSpace, Neurostars and KnowledgeSpace. Neurostars is, as the name suggests, the star of the platforms. It connects students with teachers and mentors and has shown to be a very useful tool in the learning process. Neurostars has over 550 users logging in every day!

You can help keep these resources open and free by making a donation here. Your gift will enable us to support open science for the global neuroscience community, leading to breakthroughs in our understanding and treatment of the human brain.

Your contribution makes a difference - donate today!

Call for Community Review of the Hierarchical Event Descriptors (HED)

13th August 2024

Hierarchical Event Descriptors (aka HED) is an open standard for describing experimental events, conditions, and experiment organization in a format that is both human- and machine-readable to enable analysis, re-analysis, and meta/mega-analysis.

INCF seeks community feedback on the Hierarchical Event Descriptors (HED) Standard.

Comments on this standard are open until October 11, 2024.

We're happy to welcome two new journals to the NPRC!

16th November 2023

We have added the following two journals from Karger Publishers to the NPRC!

  1. Neuroimmunomodulation
  2. Neurodegenerative Diseases

The Neuroscience Peer Review Consortium (NPRC) is a cross-publisher alliance of over 70 journals that share manuscript reviews with other NPRC members at the author’s request. Read more about NPRC and our participating  journals.
